Contraction Timer is a timer and journal for labor contractions and fetal movements. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Its recommendations ("get ready", "go to the hospital") are generated from standard indicators such as the 5‑1‑1 rule and may not apply to your pregnancy. Always follow the guidance of your doctor, midwife or hospital, and in an emergency call your local emergency number. You use the app at your own risk.

2. License

Subject to these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, OkbSoft grants you a personal, non‑transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.

3. Contraction Timer Pro

Pro is an auto‑renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Your data

Data you enter is stored on your device. You are responsible for backups. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkbSoft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including decisions made on the basis of its recommendations.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
